Frequently Asked Questions

Amtech Clinical Education Hub (ACEhub) is a research and evidence based programme, created by Amtech in collaboration with New Zealand healthcare professionals. It provides New Zealand health care workers access to best practice, up-to-date training resources, in a local setting.

It provides people who work in healthcare with local, easy to access, research and evidence-based resources to extend their knowledge and ultimately improve patient care.

It offers education focused on the well being of both practitioner and patient and it is not driven or influenced by the marketing of products by manufacturers.

It is for any New Zealand-based healthcare worker wanting to up skill or deepen their knowledge in areas relevant to their job. This includes registered nurses, caregivers, practitioners, clinicians, hospital workers and those working with patients or medical equipment in any New Zealand public or private healthcare setting. It may appeal to others who wish to align their clinical skills to NZ standards and best practice, as well as those wanting to obtain continuing education points for NZ Nurse Council registration.

The trainers are some of Aotearoa New Zealand's most respected professionals in their chosen field and who have worked for qualifications and experience across many decades. To find out more, please view our educators page to read their bios or hear them share their story.

ACEhub will provide you with a downloadable certificate that details your completed training and the hours that you may be able to be attributed towards continuing education and your professional development. Please check first with your registering body and employer/organisation.
